Yes. A rejection is the insurer's opening position, not the final word. OUTsurance must justify a rejection against your policy wording and the facts. We review the rejection letter and the policy, prepare the claim properly, and escalate to the NFO where the rejection is unfounded.

OUTsurance paid out, but the amount does not cover my loss. What now?+

Underpayment is one of the most disputable outcomes. If the settlement does not reflect the true cost to repair, replace or reinstate, the quantum can be challenged with proper assessment.

How long do I have to dispute an OUTsurance decision?+
